An activity feels too difficult
Select an easier starting place for that subject. Read the hint, model a physical example or close and take the idea into play. A starting place does not label a child's ability.
Sound is unavailable
Check Sound in Grown-Up Corner. In Teddy's Picnic, use Read welcome, Read grown-up guide or Read the prompt to start or replay the chosen recording. If the browser asks you to tap again, select the reading control again. You can always read the displayed words together.
A Picnic recording pauses while loading
Keep the app online and give it a moment. The app shows when a recording is buffering. If narration becomes unavailable, read the displayed words; when the connection is ready, use the reading control to replay the line. Stop reading releases the current recording. Picnic keeps the chosen voice and does not switch to a browser voice when a recording fails.
A different voice plays in another activity
The chosen Chulu recordings currently cover Teddy's Picnic. Other activities and shared stories use optional browser voices, which vary by device. Phonics activities require adult sound models while reviewed phonics recordings are being prepared.
A record is missing
Check the context and browser you used. Records stay in that browser and do not sync. Clearing browser data can remove them. Export an available record before troubleshooting or clearing storage.
The preview asks for sign-in
The public test website and app do not require sign-in. Internal review links on the separate preview domain require owner access. There is no child registration.
