For Families
Make room for a little wonder.
Sit together and choose an activity that fits what the child is ready to try. Reading and math starting places can differ. Ages are suggestions; use an easier or more challenging variation when helpful.
- Open Grown-Up Corner and select Family.
- Choose Reading and Math separately under Change pathway.
- Read the welcome and grown-up guidance. Explore activities welcome pointing, gestures, home-language responses and adult-assisted taps.
- Try at your own pace. Open a hint, pause in place, repeat or close.
- Find an everyday adventure in Play Together. Print the adult guidance if useful and select materials suitable for the child.
Sound is optional
You can read the displayed words. With Sound on, Teddy's Picnic uses the chosen Chulu recordings for its welcome, grown-up guide, practice prompts, hints, feedback and play idea. Use Read welcome, Read grown-up guide, Read the prompt or Read play idea to hear a line again, and Stop reading when useful. Other activities and shared stories use optional browser narration; reviewed phonics sound models remain in preparation.
Your household record
Finished activities and stories appear in Family's browser-local record. Closing unfinished work does not create a completion. Records do not sync across devices. Anyone using the same browser can access both Family and Classroom contexts. Export before clearing browser data if you want to keep a copy.
